Flowerpower part II

The second day in Knokke with my girls and 

we went out for some Minigolf (so much fun but I lost! :p).

I'm wearing a flower printed blouse from the shop 

I'm opening tomorrow.(Blogpost about that coming up!)

I combined this with beige H&M pants,

with a subtle print (more detailed photo down here), 

a little belt and loafers in the same color (Forever21).

My bag is also from the Clouds of Fashion shop! 

It was not really my best day for photos as you can see

 but I took the most normal one's, haha.

I had a BBQ last night, but as you all know,
in Belgium, you can never be sure of good weather..
We were lucky that the host had a big garage
where we could sit to eat,
and after that we made a fire in the BBQ
and sat outside, so cosy.

My mom hated it, but I kinda love it on eachother.

Purple lips

Some make up trend spotting again:
PURPLE LIPS!

 

Although they said for "light skin tone don't go too dark",
I of course did. Always doing what they tell me I can't, haha.

But it is kind of "hard" on me, indeed.
So for allday wear, I would definitely go for a lighter tone.

The color can overwhelm the rest of your face,
so you have to keep your eye makeup simple!
None/neutral eyeshadow and a little bit of mascara will do.
I also did a little bit of eyeliner.

You can ofcourse mix & match with what you're wearing,
than it will look even more stunning.
Another possibility is to do your nails in the same tone of purple.

I was also a little bit 'afraid' at first, but now I'm all in!
And I think you should all give it a try! ;)

Mirror sunglasses

What used to be something just for my dad's cycling sunglasses,

 

 

 

 

(actually almost too ugly to post here haha,

but so that you know what I mean.)

is now a trend that I'm actually fond of.
This summer will be all about these mirror sunglasses!
You have a big range of different styles & colors,
so everyone can find one that suits her. (or him).

This outfit is also, like the last one, from a while ago.
It's the one I wore to go to the "casting" for  the Desperados Tribe.
I will tell you more about this later!
But high heels were a must and I chose

my overknee leather boots.
The way you wear shoes like these is very important,

because they can look classy but also tacky...
So I combined them with a normal black pants.
The yellow bag & ring is to add some color.

My Instagram month - May

I've seen this instagram-month/week on a lot of blogs,
and I really like it,
because for me, my Instagram really shows what I've been up to.
And it also tells a lot about me personally ofcourse.

that I suck at working with computerprograms,
the numbering is so ugly, I'm sorry!

1. MAY was mainly a rain-month,

32. FINALLY!!!! The cows arrived!!
      Our garden borders with fields where a farmer puts his cows on in spring.
      But this year, because of the bad weather, it was later than normal.
      Most people will think what the ... is exciting about that?!
      But I just LOVE ALL animals. Even pigs and cows, yes.
      Since I was little kid, I stood by the wire and waited for them to come.
      And I still do it now, haha. They are so cuddly, really!





Scampi salad m-m-mmm!

 

It's study-time now for most students,
and as you all know, the best way to keep your energy up
is by eating enough and ofcourse healthy!
My mom and dad own a restaurant where daddy is the chef-kok,
he makes such great food!
Unlike me.. because cooking is not one of the things I'm good at.
But because where we live is somewhere else,
I (almost) always eat alone (or with my boyfriend)
and I have to cook for myself a lot.
(But they bring me food a lot too ;) or I go and eat in the restaurant)
People mostly say that cooking healthy takes up so much time...
But I want to prove them wrong.
My scampi salad is very delicious and easy to make!

 

 

What you will need:
- Scampis
- Salad
- Little (or big, what you prefer) tomatoes
- Package of curry sauce
- Apples


First prepare your plate a bit.
Put the salad on your plate, the tomatoes (I cut them in 2)
and the apple (in little pieces).
For the sauce I chose, you just had to warm it up and it was ready,
but for some packages you have to add some milk while warming up.
In the meantime, you put on a pan with a little bit butter.
Of course make sure you're scampiss are not frozen anymore by then.
When the pan is (very) hot, throw in the scampis.
It is very important that you turn them on the
other side already after 1 minute, for 30 seconds.
(My mistake the first times was that I let them cook for to long,
and they tasted like rubber = not good.)
When that's done,
put the scampis on your plate,
pour the sauce over it aaaand...
It's ready to enjoy!
